Jon Voight criticizes his daughter Angelina Jolie For support Palestine In the midst of the Israel-Hamas war.

Voight explained that it’s “hard” for him to talk to his daughter about their differences.
“She doesn’t really want to share things like that because she has a different opinion about it,” he said.
The “Pride and Glory” star added: “I love my daughter. I don’t want to fight with my daughter. But the truth is, I think she’s influenced by the United Nations. It’s been terrible from the beginning with human rights. They call it human rights, but it’s just anti-Israel rhetoric.”
After raving about Jolie, Voight made it clear that his daughter is very important to him.
“I love my daughter — that’s No. 1. When Angie’s happy I’m happy,” he said, fighting back tears. “When she’s going through a tough time, I’m going through a tough time. When she’s frustrated, I’m frustrated.”
A source close to Jolie told Variety that “Angelina wishes him well but doesn’t talk about him publicly.”

Jolie and Voight have had a number of issues over the years.
The “Lara Croft” actress was reportedly upset that her father cheated on her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, during their marriage. The couple divorced in 1980 when Jolie was 5 years old.
Bertrand died in 2007 at the age of 56.
