As per details received TMZAffleck just bought one for himself Pacific Palisades Purchased for $20.5 million, the home is packed with amenities such as five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a den, walk-in closets, a media room, and a guest house.

Now, here’s the thing: they not only bought the home, but also closed escrow on it. For those who don’t know, the escrow process takes about 30 to 60 days, depending on a number of factors. It’s unclear if Lopez will purchase another property, but we now know Affleck will live on the beach in Pacific Palisades.
