FOX Sports personalities and their best friends enjoyed VIP perks at Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” concert at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
Andrews and Thompson — who often joke that they played matchmaker for Swift and her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelsey, when they suggested the pair should date before getting together last summer — attended the concert from the VIP tent, where they danced and partied with the Kelsey family, as seen in photos shared on social media by the “Calm Down” podcast hosts.
Andrews and Thompson attended the concert with their significant others, former two-time Stanley Cup champion Jarret Stoll and entrepreneur Steven Cundari.
“London + Taylor = best times,” Thompson wrote on his Instagram Story, which also included a photo of the couple with Kelce and his sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, who is the wife of former Eagles center Jason Kelce.
Jason — who announced his retirement from the NFL in March and signed a broadcasting deal with ESPN last month — was spotted wearing friendship bracelets, which are a staple item at Swift’s concerts.
Tom Cruise, Liam Hemsworth, Hugh Grant, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Greta Gerwig attended Swift’s Saturday show at Wembley.
The group, including Kelsey, seen dancing and singing Swift’s mega hit “Shake It Off” in the VIP tent.
“We made it,” Andrews wrote on her Instagram Story, which also included a video of her and Thompson dancing and jumping around to Swift’s song, which she called “Queen.”
The pair — who are die-hard Swift fans — previously shared on her “Calm Down” podcast that they were trying to figure out when they could attend one of the stops on the singer’s “Eras Tour.”
Andrews and Thompson discussed their trip to London on a recent episode, but they did not reveal if they had any plans to meet up with Kelsey.
Both have spoken openly about their friendship with Kelce.
Last August, Andrews and Thompson encouraged the “Down Bad” singer to give Kelsea a chance during their “Calm Down” podcast.
“Hey Taylor, date Travis Kelce! He’s awesome! Do it for America!” Andrews said at the time.
The incident happened after Kelsey revealed on his “New Heights” podcast that he tried to meet Swift and give her a friendship bracelet when he went to Swift’s concert last July, but his plan didn’t work out.
Andrews and Thompson discussed their romance during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last month and joked about “taking credit” by playing matchmaker.
Thompson explained that she and Andrews were “advocating from the very beginning” for Swift and Kelsea, who were “so sweet” and commented [last summer] And he said, ‘I owe you guys a huge amount,’ so, of course, everybody gives us credit.”
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes also said he would like to “take some credit” for Swift and Kelce coming together during a separate appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” during OTAs.
