Kinjarapu Achchannaidu is the brother of late Yerranaidu, who was a close aide of Chandrababu Naidu. Known for his loyalty to the TDP chief, he is now one of the important members of CBN’s cabinet.

Today, when he is taking oath as minister, TDP supporters have remembered the days when the previous government harassed them in false cases.
Atchannaidu has been a member of the Legislative Assembly representing the Tekkali constituency from the Telugu Desam Party since 2014 and has been the chief of the state TDP since October 2020.

On this day in 2020, he was arrested in a false case. He was accused of committing some irregularities in the government while being a minister during 2014-2019.
However, there was no evidence against him to prove that he had filed the case. In 2021 too, the then YSRCP government tried to harass him by filing another false case against him alleging that he had threatened a YSRCP leader.

Today Achannaidu has overcome all the difficulties and has taken the path to becoming a minister. It is reported that he will be given an important position in the CBN cabinet.
He patiently waited for his turn to prove to everyone that he is honest and today people are with him.
It is interesting to note that the CBN made Yerranaidu’s son Ram Mohan Naidu a Union minister and Yerranaidu’s son-in-law Adireddy Vasu the MLA of Rajamahendravaram town.
