Dick Van Dyke made history by becoming the oldest actor to win a Daytime Emmy Award at the age of 98. He won in the Guest Performance in a Daytime Drama Series category for his role as Mystery Man/Timothy Robicheaux. days of Our Lives,
“Am I really the oldest? I didn’t know I was the oldest,” Van Dyke exclusively told ET the night before the celebrations. “I’ll be very sad. I think I’m the last of my generation, really. I’m 98 years old. I have almost all my marbles. I can’t remember what I had for breakfast.”

2023 Daytime Emmy WinnersEntertainment Tonight also made a bit of history by bringing home first time Outstanding Daytime Personality Emmy. ET also won in the Outstanding Entertainment News Series category for the fifth consecutive year and ranked ninth overall.
On the second day, Saturday, the Daytime Emmy Creative Arts and Lifestyle Awards were held.
