It all started just after 8 a.m. Friday, when an incident occurred in the Vine City neighborhood near the intersection of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW and James P. Brawley Drive.

Atlanta Watershed Management Department He said the water main break occurred when three different lines merged, causing a large amount of water to flood different areas of the city. This disrupted water supply and reduced water pressure in a large part of the Midtown/Downtown areas.
